Salary: $187,500-$375,000 with a defined variable comp plan and stock options.

What you will do

  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to client onboarding.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
  • Nurture strong relationships with local law enforcement within your territory.
  • Build a pipeline of leads across multiple verticals.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of full cycle sales experience, with an emphasis on outside/field enterprise software sales.
  • Self-starter mentality with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Experience using outbound sales strategies to develop new business within a defined territory.
  • Able to quickly digest and learn technical products and become a subject matter expert.
  • Strong presentation and demonstration skills.
  • Energized by solving customer's problems with a consultative sales approach.

Nice to have

  • Startup experience is a plus.
