What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Logistics Supplier Managers to drive engagement.
- Ensure ASML products are delivered in line with contractually agreed SLAs, with strong focus on quality and on‑time delivery.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities and translate them into ambitious yet achievable carrier development roadmaps.
- Drive supplier steering in line with the established ‘Supplier Account Team (SAT)’ and ‘GQLTCS’ approach.
- Lead the internal End-2-End On Time Delivery improvement forum to meet established performance targets, interfacing with internal stakeholders.
- Identify and realize cost‑reduction opportunities through capacity optimization and improvements to internal ways of working.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience in logistics within complex, international supply chains.
- Having experience with air freight is a must for this position.
- Master's degree in supply chain/logistics/similar.
- Transport industry knowledge, focusing on air and ocean freight.
- Project Management skills e.g. green Belt or equivalent is an advantage.
- Profound level of English speaking and writing.
