What you will do

  • Lead the local Data & AI Practice and expand data capabilities.
  • Manage and inspire data teams, solving enterprise-scale problems.
  • Translate complex data concepts into business value for clients.
  • Design and implement extensible, scalable data architectures focused on value delivery.
  • Guide teams through the full Data Product Lifecycle.
  • Champion quality assurance, performance tuning, and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of managing and inspiring data teams.
  • Expertise in client-facing delivery and managing multi-vendor environments.
  • Experience building data solutions using Microsoft Azure and/or AWS native services.
  • Development to production experience in Snowflake, Databricks, or Fabric.
  • Deep expertise or experience in AI, specifically building AI solutions in modern data platforms.
  • Understanding of data architecture design patterns including RAG, Serverless, DWH models, Data Mesh, and Data Products.
  • Hands-on fluency in Python, R, or SQL.
  • Agile mindset.
