What you will do

  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce Data Cloud.
  • Design and manage complex data models, mappings, and segmentation logic.
  • Partner with CRM, analytics, and integration teams to enable AI and Agentforce use cases.
  • Define and manage data ingestion flows from internal and external marketing and CRM platforms.
  • Ensure high standards for data quality, governance, and platform performance monitoring.
  • Advise IT leadership on roadmap strategy and adopt new Salesforce AI capabilities.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience in data, analytics, or CRM-focused roles.
  • Proven track record of completing at least one full-cycle Salesforce Data Cloud implementation.
  • Deep understanding of data integration architectures including APIs, batch, and real-time ingestion.
  • Expertise in data modeling, transformation, and customer data orchestration solutions.
  • Ability to bridge the gap between complex business use cases and technical data requirements.
  • Experience in highly regulated sectors such as pharma or life sciences is preferred.
