Visit.org is looking for a passionate and ambitious Events Project Manager to join our remote team. The Events Project Manager will bring our virtual and in-person experiences to life, owning events end-to-end from initial planning through live execution and post-event reporting.
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience in event execution, event operations, or project management roles
- Proven experience executing virtual and in-person events end-to-end, with strong attention to detail
- Strong project management skills, with experience managing timelines, budgets, and multiple concurrent events
- Experience coordinating vendors, venues, A/V production, and event logistics
- Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and keep projects on track in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and adapt quickly during live event execution
- Experience tracking and reporting on event performance metrics
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote, and cross-functional environment
- Experience working in a startup environment
