Visit.org is looking for a passionate and ambitious Events Project Manager to join our remote team. The Events Project Manager will bring our virtual and in-person experiences to life, owning events end-to-end from initial planning through live execution and post-event reporting.

Requirements

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in event execution, event operations, or project management roles
  • Proven experience executing virtual and in-person events end-to-end, with strong attention to detail
  • Strong project management skills, with experience managing timelines, budgets, and multiple concurrent events
  • Experience coordinating vendors, venues, A/V production, and event logistics
  • Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and keep projects on track in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and adapt quickly during live event execution
  • Experience tracking and reporting on event performance metrics
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote, and cross-functional environment
  • Experience working in a startup environment
