What you will do

  • Act as first line of support for internal users, assisting with system and product questions.
  • Track and prioritise user interactions to resolve urgent operational issues.
  • Monitor systems, troubleshoot technical problems, and perform root cause analysis.
  • Identify opportunities to improve system scalability, speed, and security.
  • Collaborate closely with Business and Engineering teams to resolve operational challenges.
  • Contribute to a culture of cooperation and knowledge sharing across teams.

Requirements

  • Residence in Estonia or valid work permit required.
  • Technical background in relational databases, monitoring systems, and centralized logging.
  • Ability to investigate web application issues using browser developer tools.
  • Basic knowledge of REST API principles.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to work in shifts and participate in on-call rotations.

Nice to have

  • Education in Computer Science.
  • Basic programming skills.
  • Experience in IT support or related roles.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana or Kibana.
