What you will do
- Act as first line of support for internal users, assisting with system and product questions.
- Track and prioritise user interactions to resolve urgent operational issues.
- Monitor systems, troubleshoot technical problems, and perform root cause analysis.
- Identify opportunities to improve system scalability, speed, and security.
- Collaborate closely with Business and Engineering teams to resolve operational challenges.
- Contribute to a culture of cooperation and knowledge sharing across teams.
Requirements
- Residence in Estonia or valid work permit required.
- Technical background in relational databases, monitoring systems, and centralized logging.
- Ability to investigate web application issues using browser developer tools.
- Basic knowledge of REST API principles.
- Familiarity with SQL, Jira, and Confluence.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to work in shifts and participate in on-call rotations.
Nice to have
- Education in Computer Science.
- Basic programming skills.
- Experience in IT support or related roles.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana or Kibana.
