What you will do

  • Lead the design and development of technical solutions for large-scale omnichannel, content factory, and web factory projects.
  • Demonstrate thought leadership during RFPs and client engagements to shape business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal SMEs to align client requirements with service propositions, effort estimations, and SLA definitions.
  • Develop high-impact sales narratives, business cases, and proposal documents for executive-level presentations.
  • Architect pricing models and orchestrate alignment between internal stakeholders and client needs.
  • Drive end-to-end bid management, including proposal defense, pricing negotiations, and SOW closures.

Requirements

  • MBA graduate with at least 10 years of experience in marketing and CX-oriented solutions selling.
  • Proven track record in managing complex solution development for large-scale integrated deals.
  • Expertise in MarTech, omnichannel, and web factory centralization projects.
  • Hands-on experience in bid management, pricing estimations, and client discovery processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Exposure to or understanding of the pharmaceutical ecosystem is preferred.
