What you will do
- Lead the design and development of technical solutions for large-scale omnichannel, content factory, and web factory projects.
- Demonstrate thought leadership during RFPs and client engagements to shape business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal SMEs to align client requirements with service propositions, effort estimations, and SLA definitions.
- Develop high-impact sales narratives, business cases, and proposal documents for executive-level presentations.
- Architect pricing models and orchestrate alignment between internal stakeholders and client needs.
- Drive end-to-end bid management, including proposal defense, pricing negotiations, and SOW closures.
Requirements
- MBA graduate with at least 10 years of experience in marketing and CX-oriented solutions selling.
- Proven track record in managing complex solution development for large-scale integrated deals.
- Expertise in MarTech, omnichannel, and web factory centralization projects.
- Hands-on experience in bid management, pricing estimations, and client discovery processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Exposure to or understanding of the pharmaceutical ecosystem is preferred.
