What you will do

  • Build and ship AI-powered product features end-to-end.
  • Design and implement backend services (Python / Node).
  • Integrate and optimize LLM APIs and retrieval pipelines.
  • Develop frontend components (React / TypeScript) for AI-driven workflows.
  • Work with structured and unstructured data sources.
  • Improve observability, reliability, and cost efficiency of AI usage.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Design on feature discovery.

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in software engineering (fullstack or backend-heavy).
  • Strong skills in Python or Node.js.
  • Experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) in production.
  • Solid frontend experience with React and TypeScript.
  • Understanding of API design, system architecture, and scalability.
  • Pragmatic mindset – able to balance experimentation with reliability.
  • Fluent English.

Nice to have

  • Experience with vector databases, RAG architectures, or workflow automation systems.
