What you will do
- Assist with daily IT operations, including help desk support, ticket triage, and task summarization.
- Support users with hardware, software, and access-related issues.
- Maintain and suggest improvements to IT documentation, such as knowledge base, SOPs, and asset records.
- Work with IT systems and tools, including ticketing systems, endpoint management, identity and access management, and collaboration tools.
- Participate in team meetings, track action items, and report on progress.
- Collaborate with different teams to support internal projects, device setup, software deployments, and internal audits.
Requirements
- A student or recent graduate in IT, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Basic technical knowledge (e.g., programming, web technologies, SQL, or testing fundamentals).
- Willingness to learn and work with Atlassian, Microsoft 365, and Mobile Device Management ecosystems.
- Ability to explain tools and processes to non-technical users.
Nice to have
- Entry-level certifications in Atlassian or Microsoft 365.
