What you will do

  • Lead brand projects from conceptual research and competitor analysis through to final execution.
  • Develop design systems, style guidelines, and interactive digital concepts for diverse platforms.
  • Create high-fidelity wireframes, screens, and prototypes to demonstrate complex product interactions.
  • Collaborate with design leadership, strategists, and clients to present creative work and design rationales.
  • Ensure design integrity across multidisciplinary projects including 3D, motion, and web interfaces.
  • Scale design layouts and systems across web, mobile, and interactive presentation touchpoints.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of design experience with at least 3+ years in a Senior role within an agency setting.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in conceptual thinking, typography, motion, and imagery.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, and Cinema 4D.
  • Experience designing interactive websites utilizing technologies like WebGL, Three.js, React Three Fiber, or GSAP.
  • Proven ability to interface directly with clients and manage complex brand presentation workflows.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Web3, blockchain technology, and NFTs.
  • Skills in 2D/3D animation for characters, props, and environments.
  • Previous experience with project management in a design environment.
