What you will do
- Lead brand projects from conceptual research and competitor analysis through to final execution.
- Develop design systems, style guidelines, and interactive digital concepts for diverse platforms.
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, screens, and prototypes to demonstrate complex product interactions.
- Collaborate with design leadership, strategists, and clients to present creative work and design rationales.
- Ensure design integrity across multidisciplinary projects including 3D, motion, and web interfaces.
- Scale design layouts and systems across web, mobile, and interactive presentation touchpoints.
Requirements
- 5+ years of design experience with at least 3+ years in a Senior role within an agency setting.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in conceptual thinking, typography, motion, and imagery.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, and Cinema 4D.
- Experience designing interactive websites utilizing technologies like WebGL, Three.js, React Three Fiber, or GSAP.
- Proven ability to interface directly with clients and manage complex brand presentation workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to have
- Experience with Web3, blockchain technology, and NFTs.
- Skills in 2D/3D animation for characters, props, and environments.
- Previous experience with project management in a design environment.
