What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation for strategic and enterprise clients.
  • Deliver a white-glove, high-touch client experience.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute go-lives, on-site training, and support.
  • Act as a trusted product and technical advisor.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams to resolve escalations.
  • Maintain clear implementation documentation and process guides.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B, client-facing roles.
  • Background in hospitality or retail.
  • Proven project management experience.
  • Fluent in Dutch (spoken & written); French is a plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with POS or SaaS platforms.
  • Understanding of SaaS customer lifecycle and sales processes.
