What you will do
- Translate business requirements and user needs into high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, and prototypes for responsive web interfaces
- Contribute to and maintain a scalable design system ensuring consistency across products
- Conduct customer interviews, usability tests, and analyze data to validate and iterate on designs
- Develop site structures and navigation through journey mapping and user flow diagrams
- Design interactive components with motion to enhance usability and visual appeal
- Prepare production-ready design assets and clear handoffs for developers
Requirements
- Must have 5+ years of web design experience with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe CC with deep understanding of responsive design
- Experience developing scalable design systems for web
- Ability to analyze data and research to inform design decisions
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript beneficial for collaboration
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
