What you will do
- Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into clear technical tasks.
- Develop new reports and dashboards in Tableau and build/optimize data queries and models in Snowflake.
- Maintain and optimize existing reports, focusing on performance, usability, and data quality.
- Support other teams by assisting with SQL queries, data analysis, and report creation.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports, dashboards, and data sources.
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and product teams to align on data sources, metrics, and business logic.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in BI development or data analytics.
- Strong SQL skills, including window functions, CTEs, and recursion.
- Experience with BI tools, with Tableau as a strong advantage.
- Fluency in both English and Russian, in speaking and writing.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Understanding of business processes and ability to propose solution approaches proactively.
