What you will do
- Oversee daily reverse logistics operations and drive continuous improvement with 3PL partners.
- Establish and manage KPIs, ensuring inventory accuracy and compliance with Oura’s standards.
- Lead Reverse Logistics readiness for all New Product Introductions.
- Design and recommend return processes that meet country- and region-specific requirements.
- Identify, recommend, and drive AI-enabled solutions for scalable operations.
- Serve as the key liaison to the Member Experience (MX) team, driving improvements related to post-sales logistics.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on reverse logistics experience with a strong understanding of post-sales customer expectations.
- Experience diagnosing and resolving order-level issues within ERP, WMS, and/or EDI systems.
- Strong understanding of country- and region-specific post-sales requirements.
- Demonstrated knowledge of global logistics, import/export processes, and multi-regional operations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across internal teams and operational partners.
- Must be based in London and able to work 3 days per week in the office.
