What you will do

  • Prepare consolidated budgets and perform monthly forecasting processes across departments and legal entities.
  • Gather, reconcile, and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Track and explain variances between planned and actual financial performance.
  • Develop management reports and presentations for performance review.
  • Participate in the automation of budgeting processes and manage ICO contracts.
  • Calculate taxes for various countries and contribute to financial modeling initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven professional experience in an FP&A Specialist or similar financial analysis role.
  • Strong expertise in budgeting, financial forecasting, and complex financial analysis.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate across multiple departments.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities to meet strict reporting deadlines.

Nice to have

  • Experience with budgeting software and ERP systems.
  • Prior exposure to Google Sheets and Google Presentation.
