What you will do
- Secure new Enterprise accounts across multiple customers, focusing on the Army sector.
- Develop and execute a focused strategy for identifying and winning high-potential accounts.
- Identify and close quick wins while managing longer, complex sales cycles.
- Drive the growth of Databricks usage in newly won accounts to maximize customer impact.
- Establish C-Level relationships with key stakeholders across Engineering, Platform, Architecture, and Data Science.
- Orchestrate Databricks teams and ecosystem partners to maximize impact on sales motions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience selling complex software deals to recognizable organizations within the DOD/DOW space, specifically Army.
- Knowledge of segment priorities, buying processes, and decision-making in the DOD sector.
- Background in selling usage-based PaaS/SaaS solutions or Data/AI/ML technologies.
- Experience with sales methodologies such as account planning, MEDDPICC, and value selling.
- Proven experience in hunting in greenfield spaces and expanding existing accounts.
- Understanding of how to develop and successfully manage a clear partner strategy.
