What you will do

  • Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application through closing ensuring compliance.
  • Convert company-provided purchase opportunities into funded loans through proactive follow-up and consultation.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and Zillow Preferred Agents or local partners.
  • Manage an active loan pipeline meeting service levels, productivity metrics, and funding goals.
  • Leverage Zillow’s CRM, loan origination systems, and data tools to maintain pipeline health and customer engagement.
  • Partner with processing, underwriting, and closing teams to efficiently move loans.

Requirements

  • Must be physically located and working remotely from Colorado, USA.
  • 3+ years mortgage origination experience focused on purchase transactions with active NMLS or federal bank license.
  • Completion of 20-hour CORE Pre-Licensing Education and passage of SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test.
  • Strong client service orientation with consultative sales skills and mortgage process knowledge.
  • Comfortable in a structured, performance-driven environment with defined KPIs.
  • Proficiency with CRM, loan origination systems, and Microsoft Office products.
