What you will do

  • Manage social media channels, ensuring high-impact content reaches a global community across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Organise digital assets and maintain a seamless content calendar.
  • Stay ahead of emerging tech trends and social tools, turning insights into creative ideas.
  • Act as the voice of the brand by monitoring social channels and responding to comments and messages.
  • Manage user-generated content (UGC) and flag negative or sensitive comments.

Requirements

  • Experience: 0-2 years of professional experience in social media management, including internships or academic projects.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, their features, best practices, and limitations.
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling platforms (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite) and basic photo/video editing apps (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • A strong eye for visually appealing content and creative thinking for brand messaging.
  • Proactive, self-starter who can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
