What you will do

  • Identify opportunities for AI automation in project planning and infrastructure documentation.
  • Design, prototype, and test AI agents to improve efficiency and project transparency.
  • Maintain a living backlog of AI solutions and features using agile methodologies.
  • Collaborate with IT project managers to translate business needs into technical AI requirements.
  • Support the rollout of AI tools across the IT Infrastructure Project Management Office.
  • Develop user guidance and training resources to facilitate the adoption of new AI tools.

Requirements

  • Must be an actively enrolled undergraduate or graduate student.
  • Must be able to work full-time (40 hours per week) in Santa Monica, CA.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated initiative through academic or extracurricular projects.
  • Growth mindset and ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
  • Interest in AI-powered tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Cursor.
