What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow UiPath's presence within key enterprise relationships.
  • Understand customers' business challenges and identify automation opportunities that deliver measurable value.
  • Articulate UiPath's value proposition effectively against competitors through deep product knowledge.
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, industry influencers, and partners.
  • Manage and forecast sales pipeline with precision to consistently achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with technical sales and customer success teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of enterprise software sales experience with proven success in consultative selling approaches.
  • Demonstrated experience selling to BFSI segment organizations across both private and public sectors.
  • Strong C-level stakeholder management skills with proven ability to develop long-term account strategies.
  • Technical understanding of automation technologies and digital transformation principles.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills with a highly motivated, energetic personality.
