What you will do

  • Architect and design AI-driven supply chain transformations and system/data architecture.
  • Lead Kinaxis Maestro (RapidResponse) configuration, data mapping, automation, and performance improvements.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and propose scalable solutions.
  • Define and optimize supply chain processes bridging business and technology.
  • Develop and maintain RapidResponse resources integrated into supply chain planning.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Santa Clara, CA, United States
  • Bachelor’s degree with 10-15 years or Master’s/PhD with 5-10 years in Systems, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years functional experience in business analysis, system integration, and solution delivery.
  • 5+ years hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse (Maestro).
  • Strong supply chain planning background and SQL knowledge.
  • Expertise in SDLC and Agile practices.
