What you will do
- Lead and oversee complex, multi-stream AI and data-driven engagements ensuring alignment with client needs and business goals.
- Provide strategic direction and proactive problem-solving to project teams, monitor project health, and drive high client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, including C-Level executives, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Manage and mentor a team of Engagement Managers fostering a culture of delivery excellence and innovation.
Requirements
- Data Science, ML or Computer Science background is required.
- Experience leading transformative initiatives from concept to execution with innovative and practical solutions.
- Proven track record of building and sustaining strong relationships with large organizations and C-Level stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
- Self-starter with a track record of creating measurable value.
- Fluent in English; French and/or German are a plus.
