What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle, consistently exceeding quota and pipeline targets.
- Develop and execute regional strategies to identify high-growth opportunities and untapped markets.
- Cultivate relationships with AWS Sales Leaders and Partner Managers to co-sell and maximize market share.
- Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers and Solutions Architects to solve complex technical challenges.
- Maintain forecast accuracy in Salesforce and ensure proposals reflect company standards.
- Work closely with Marketing and BDR teams to drive demand generation and campaign analysis.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Germany, preferably Munich or Berlin.
- 3-5 years of full sales cycle experience in technology with SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS products.
- Proven track record selling cloud services and understanding consumption-based models.
- Strong CRM and sales forecasting skills, experience with Salesforce preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build influential relationships in a matrixed environment.
