What you will do
- Oversee project execution, client kick-off, planning, and design meetings.
- Manage project scope, timelines, and budget, ensuring successful and on-time delivery.
- Act as the primary client contact, guiding customers in solution configuration and best practices.
- Document and review functional/technical specifications and manage project escalations.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancement and contribute to knowledge sharing.
- Support pre-sales workshops and the creation of Statement of Work documents.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Technology related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in Software Implementations.
- Experience managing the implementation of an ERP solution.
- Knowledge of project management tools and software packages.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with strong communication and leadership skills.
- Must be able to travel up to 60%.
Nice to have
- MBA or MPM.
- 8+ years of experience with School ERP Implementations.
- Government contract and delivery experience.
