What you will do

  • Create and produce engaging multimedia content including videos, graphics, and animations.
  • Capture and edit high-quality photographs and videos for internal and external communications.
  • Manage end-to-end multimedia production from concept development to final delivery.
  • Partner with scientific, engineering, and product stakeholders to translate complex topics into accurate visual stories.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team to develop and execute visual storytelling strategies.
  • Maintain an organized library of multimedia assets with proper metadata, versioning, and archiving.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in multimedia production with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to create compelling narratives through visuals.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Comfort working with scientists, researchers, and technical teams, asking questions and communicating clearly.
  • Must be able to work onsite in Cambridge, MA, USA.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a communications or digital marketing agency.
  • Familiarity or comfort with scientific/technical topics, including a background in science, biology, AI/ML, robotics, or software.
