Location: National Capital Region (DC, MD, Virginia). Expected to be in our Palo Alto office five days a week, unless otherwise specified.

What you will do
- Develop and execute a commercial strategy to drive adoption of Hippocratic AI's solutions across Medicare Advantage plans, ACOs, and CMS-funded programs.
- Cultivate and expand deep relationships with Medicare Advantage plan executives, ACO leaders, CMS and CMMI officials, health system payers, and strategic partners shaping the future of Medicare care delivery.
- Lead high-stakes negotiations and contracting with Medicare Advantage plans, risk-bearing providers, and ACOs, structuring value-based agreements that align Hippocratic AI's impact with payer and CMS performance goals.
- Collaborate with Product, Clinical, Engineering, and Legal teams to align Hippocratic AI's solutions with Medicare regulatory requirements, CMS compliance standards, and the operational realities of Medicare payers and providers.
- Build and expand strategic alliances with Medicare Advantage plans, health systems, ACOs, pharmacy benefit managers, and technology partners that strengthen Hippocratic AI's Medicare go-to-market strategy.
- Represent Hippocratic AI at Medicare industry forums, AHIP conferences, CMS stakeholder events, and ACO/MA leadership summits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Healthcare Policy, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in healthcare commercial leadership, with significant experience in Medicare, Medicare Advantage, or CMS-administered program markets.
- Proven success driving revenue growth and closing enterprise-level deals with Medicare Advantage plans, ACOs, health systems, or value-based care organizations.
- Deep understanding of the Medicare ecosystem, including Medicare Advantage, MSSP, CMMI models, Part D, risk adjustment, STAR ratings, and CMS regulatory frameworks.
- Extensive, trusted network of senior Medicare Advantage plan executives, CMS officials, ACO and health system leaders, and value-based care industry stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to operate hands-on in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
Nice to have
- Experience working with CMMI innovation models, direct contracting entities, or CMS pilot programs.
- Experience selling or deploying AI, digital health, or remote patient monitoring solutions to Medicare payers or providers.
- Prior experience at a Medicare Advantage plan, ACO, or CMS contractor in a commercial or strategic leadership role.
- Clinical or managed care background (e.g., nursing, pharmacy, or care management) with understanding of Medicare quality metrics and outcomes.
- Experience in health equity or chronic disease management programs targeting Medicare-eligible populations.
- Startup or high-growth company experience in healthcare technology or digital health
