What you will do
- Manage and develop client relationships for North American Streaming TV clients through full account lifecycle including onboarding and yield management
- Identify automation opportunities to improve service scalability for media owners
- Discover actionable insights and new revenue opportunities to optimize partner revenue and marketplace demand
- Perform operational tasks such as campaign management, daily monitoring, and optimization
- Drive product adoption and upsells by understanding client needs and serving as primary contact
- Track, resolve, and escalate client issues while managing expectations internally and externally
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or technology-related field
- Goal-oriented with strong client relationship and revenue growth focus
- Proficiency in data-driven decision making and analytical thinking
- Knowledge of Streaming TV advertising and programmatic ecosystem is desirable but not required
