What you will do

  • Engage customers across multiple EMEA markets to drive value realization and business outcomes.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio including complex global businesses and strategic accounts.
  • Facilitate executive meetings and adapt approaches to regional business practices.
  • Establish success metrics and forecast revenue risks to support retention and growth.
  • Develop advanced account strategies and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve successful customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be able to work from La Defense office 2x per week
  • Support customers across UK, Ireland, and multiple EMEA markets
  • English: Fluent/professional working proficiency required
  • 5+ years in Customer Engagement, Success, Account Management, or Sales.
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS models and business/financial acumen; treasury domain a plus.
  • Experience managing strategic accounts and facilitating executive-level meetings.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in German and/or French.
