What you will do

  • Lead customer requirements gathering for large and complex projects.
  • Develop, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
  • Create customer-focused documentation for software solutions, including Wireframes and Use Cases.
  • Lead system design and configuration activities.
  • Plan, perform, and support testing efforts, including User Acceptance Testing.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to team members.

Requirements

  • 8 years of business analysis experience.
  • 4+ years of industry experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong time management, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work autonomously.
  • Excellent presentation, meeting facilitation, and mentorship skills.
