What you will do
- Lead customer requirements gathering for large and complex projects.
- Develop, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Create customer-focused documentation for software solutions, including Wireframes and Use Cases.
- Lead system design and configuration activities.
- Plan, perform, and support testing efforts, including User Acceptance Testing.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to team members.
Requirements
- 8 years of business analysis experience.
- 4+ years of industry experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Strong time management, planning, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work autonomously.
- Excellent presentation, meeting facilitation, and mentorship skills.
