Location: Hybrid (United States). Employees are expected to come into the office 3-days a week if based out of San Francisco Bay Area, Boston, Austin, or New York.

Salary: $175,000–$225,000 OTE plus a competitive equity package.

What you will do

  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of Account Development Representatives in the United States.
  • Provide hands-on coaching on foundational sales skills, including account research, prospecting, and cold calling.
  • Leverage analytics and performance metrics to drive data-informed decisions and align strategy.
  • Foster sales excellence by modeling Postman’s values and creating a collaborative team environment.
  • Teach the Postman API lifecycle and value propositions to effectively communicate with enterprise accounts.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations, Marketing, and other teams on company initiatives and outbound campaigns.

Requirements

  • Must have 1–3 years of experience managing ADR/SDR/BDR sales teams in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to build and scale sales teams.
  • Experience creating and iterating sales development processes, including methodologies like MEDDIC, Sandler, or Miller Heiman.
  • Exceptional communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Comfortable navigating technology stacks, including Salesforce and sales enablement tools.
  • Proven ability to engage with large enterprise and mid-market organizations.
