What you will do

  • Proactively source and headhunt tech and creative talent (engineers, developers, animators, artists).
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements for various roles.
  • Own and drive full-cycle recruitment processes from end-to-end.
  • Build and maintain long-term talent pipelines.
  • Deliver results in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
  • Stay ahead of tech recruitment and gaming industry trends to refine strategies.

Requirements

  • Experience in tech recruitment (in-house or agency), ideally within gaming.
  • Understanding of or experience in recruiting roles such as developers, engineers, animators, and artists, or a strong motivation to learn quickly.
  • Strong sourcing capabilities to attract and engage passive candidates.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Structured, persistent, and results-driven approach.
  • Proactive and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience in iGaming or regulated industries.
  • Knowledge of game production pipelines.
