What you will do

• Investigate alerts from EDR, Entra, Email, and SIEM to identify threats and anomalies.
• Perform detailed technical investigations and root cause analysis of security incidents, recommending mitigations.
• Create and maintain incident response processes, runbooks, and SOPs with continuous documentation.
• Provide security advisory and support deployment and fine-tuning of security platforms in collaboration with IT teams.
• Collaborate with corporate IT and other teams to strengthen security posture and reduce attack surface.
• Utilize open-source threat intelligence to evaluate threats and deploy detection/remediation procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 9 years of experience in Security Operations/Incident Management.
• Strong leadership skills with technical ownership of security issues and guiding team members.
• Good knowledge of SOC frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, and cyber kill chain.
• Experience with security tools like McAfee EDR, FireEye, CrowdStrike EDR, Cortex XDR, and Microsoft XDR.
• Strong skills in event correlation, log analysis, networking basics, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Must be located in India (Lucknow).

Nice to have

• Exposure to cloud security technologies.
• Experience implementing and securing AI technologies.
• GIAC / CySA+ or equivalent certification.
