What you will do
- Lead strategy and roadmap for payment fraud products and key features.
- Collaborate with commercial strategy teams to enhance customer-facing fraud management offerings.
- Oversee product lifecycle of fraud prevention tools for risk analytics, operations, and customers.
- Work with risk analytics to develop and monitor fraud detection and prevention solutions.
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, legal, and compliance to align products with business and regulatory requirements.
- Manage Fraud Analysts team to monitor fraud metrics and improve prevention strategies.
Requirements
- 7 to 15 years of professional experience.
- 5+ years experience in Payments Fraud or Payments Risk Management.
- Experience in product management, go-to-market, product design, planning, and development.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- High academic achievements in STEM field.
- Experience in fintech or other complex domains.
