What you will do

  • Partner with Product Managers and subject matter experts to design effective, user-centric learning journeys.
  • Develop blended learning programs, including assessments, case studies, and interactive simulations.
  • Create high-quality instructional assets like video scripts, storyboards, and interactive e-learning modules.
  • Utilize AI tools and automation workflows to accelerate content production and scenario generation.
  • Maintain and update certification programs and training materials in alignment with product evolution.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure learning initiatives align with business goals and technical service requirements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an instructional designer or e-learning developer in tech-driven environments.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning theories and modern instructional design practices.
  • Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Storyline, Rise, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Advanced skills in multimedia editing (video, audio, graphics).
  • Business-level fluency in English is required.
  • Experience with LMS platforms and SCORM/xAPI standards.

Nice to have

  • Experience or familiarity with Nexthink software.
  • Strong interest in exploring new learning formats and emerging educational technologies.
