What you will do
- Develop and implement an email strategy for B2B lead generation.
- Plan and launch email campaigns, nurturing sequences, and automation.
- Write and edit email texts in collaboration with the content team.
- Segment databases and build personalized communications.
- Configure automated scenarios (welcome, nurture, re-engagement, ABM campaigns).
- Analyze metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion rate) and optimize campaigns.
Requirements
- At least 1.5 years of email marketing experience.
- Experience working with B2B audiences, preferably in IT, SaaS, or outsourcing.
- Understanding of lead generation funnels and nurture marketing.
- Skills in database segmentation and email personalization.
- Experience with email platforms like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Customer.io, or Apollo.
- English level B2 or higher.
