What you will do

  • Manage daily administrative tasks including staffing schedules, timesheet approvals, and incident report oversight.
  • Coach and develop CSOC specialists through performance reviews and training.
  • Coordinate hiring efforts and assist in disciplinary actions for CSOC staff.
  • Ensure monitoring of live security feeds and generation of actionable intelligence.
  • Maintain compliance with security policies and regulations.
  • Oversee system functionality and vendor coordination, ready to perform specialist duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, United States.
  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years in security operations or emergency services and 3 years supervisory experience in command center or security environment.
  • Experience with video surveillance, access control systems, and incident management platforms.
  • Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office 365 and CSOC-related technologies.
