What you will do
- Plan, write, and iterate on content across multiple channels.
- Maintain high content quality and consistency.
- Develop content as part of CRO experiments, including headlines and CTAs.
- Proactively use data, research, and insights to continuously analyze and improve content effectiveness.
- Contribute creative ideas and recommendations to CRO ideation and prioritization cycles.
- Closely partner with UX Designers to explore alternative user journeys, contributing content inputs.
Requirements
- Excellent writing and editing skills (English C2 level)
- Strong content management skills with close attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple content initiatives across different formats.
- Data-driven mindset with comfort working with performance metrics.
- End-to-end ownership mentality and proactive collaboration with various partners.
- 4+ years of experience in SaaS marketing, content, copywriting, or growth-related roles.
Nice to have
- Background in growth marketing, CRO, or experimentation.
- Basic Figma experience.
