What you will do

  • Act as a strategic owner for long-term e-commerce clients, defining retention direction and guiding the delivery team.
  • Own, design, and continuously evolve email & omnichannel strategies (Email, SMS, Push) aligned with customer lifecycle models and business goals.
  • Create comprehensive audits for new incoming clients, including channel maturity assessments and revenue optimization insights.
  • Collaborate with the delivery team to improve operational efficiency, internal processes, and strategic methodologies.
  • Identify upsell and account expansion opportunities aligned with client needs.
  • Leverage data and analytics to monitor performance, uncover trends, and recommend actionable experiments for customer retention.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in Email Marketing, working with multiple e-commerce brands, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Demonstrated success owning, developing, and scaling long-term client retention strategies.
  • Advanced experience with Email Marketing platforms like Omnisend or Klaviyo for e-commerce.
  • Strong strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into long-term growth decisions.
  • Strong understanding of retention economics (LTV, churn, lifecycle performance, profitability logic).
  • Experience contributing to process, framework, or methodology improvements across client projects.
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
