- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through onboarding and strategy calls.
- Assist customers with setup, provide training, and share best practices for success.
- Identify and cater to individual customer needs and engagement preferences.
- Manage operational tasks in SalesForce, including scheduling meetings and ensuring task completion.
Requirements

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in SaaS environments.
