What you will do
- Serve as trusted advisor to leadership on business risks related to security issues
- Execute long-term vision for the Security team aligned with product and business goals
- Secure cloud infrastructure and data through architecture reviews, automation, and monitoring
- Own identity and access management ensuring robust governance and authentication
- Detect, analyze, and respond to security threats in real time
- Lead and grow a high-performing Security engineering team through hiring and mentorship
Requirements
- Must have 8+ years experience in Security Operations with focus on cloud security and IAM
- Deep understanding of network security, identity governance, infrastructure security, and attack surface management
- Ability to make informed decisions with limited data and solve problems flexibly
- Strong knowledge of secure engineering best practices and security vulnerabilities
- Location: Remote with presence in Toronto, Montreal, New York, or San Francisco
