What you will do
- Manage the full product lifecycle of analytics scores, platforms, and custom solutions.
- Support product managers with recurring operational and governance tasks.
- Handle technical and non-technical client interactions, including onboarding and product explanation.
- Perform monthly audits of client product selection and usage to recommend improvements.
- Maintain client-facing documentation and the product knowledge base.
- Manage Salesforce CPQ requests, pricing updates, and testing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (commerce, finance, business administration, marketing, or engineering).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office programs.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Exceptional collaboration and stakeholder relationship-building abilities.
- Basic data analysis knowledge.
