What you will do

  • Provide engagement research support for client teams in the Investment Banking & Markets practice.
  • Research the investment banking market and develop target lists for executive search projects.
  • Identify potential candidates using online, proprietary tools, and personal networks.
  • Capture and maintain accurate market, client, and candidate information in company systems.
  • Oversee preparation and updating of Market Mappings and People Moves data.
  • Assist with business development by participating in deck preparation and design.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree from a well-regarded institution.
  • Genuine interest in learning about people, business, and industry characteristics, especially Investment Banking & Markets.
  • Advanced Excel expertise including PivotTables, advanced data analysis, and workflow automation.
  • Strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and high Emotional Maturity Quotient (EQ).
  • Excellent overall communication skills (verbal, written, presentation).
  • Ability to work effectively on multiple assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Products and databases (e.g., Bloomberg, Factiva, Lexis-Nexis) is a plus.
