What you will do
- Provide engagement execution support for executive search projects.
- Manage various stages of the candidate search process to ensure high-quality execution.
- Lead the identification, qualification, and communication with candidates.
- Capture and maintain accurate market, client, and candidate information on knowledge systems.
- Inform the engagement team of potential business development opportunities and support their conversion.
- Lead and coordinate research processes and candidate development across multiple projects.
Requirements
- Relevant Executive Search experience.
- Excellent communication skills (oral, written, listening) with the ability to make executive-level presentations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Self-confident, self-motivated, dynamic, accomplished, and detail-oriented.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent is required.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid setup from Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Nice to have
- An MBA or other advanced degree or equivalent is advantageous.
