What you will do

  • Drive ASML’s Country Management (Community) Partnerships Programs and Incentives in China.
  • Secure significant financial benefits, including regional subsidies, tax incentives, and government programs.
  • Strengthen government relations across approximately 16 cities within China.
  • Facilitate early compliance monitoring and provide robust support to ASML business sectors.
  • Coordinate with Customer Support, Legal, Compliance, ESG, CRE, and HR teams for seamless operations.
  • Serve as a key liaison between ASML’s China Management Team, regional stakeholders, and headquarters.
  • Represent ASML in external engagements and drive impactful community engagement efforts.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in public affairs, government relations, or a related field within China.
  • Proven ability to secure financial benefits and manage government incentive programs.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills with government entities and internal teams.
  • Excellent communication and representation skills for external engagements.
