What you will do
- Manage User Verification backlogs efficiently, ensuring proactive responses and minimal user wait times.
- Identify process gaps and propose solutions to improve operational efficiency for both users and the team.
- Support and motivate a team of User Verification Agents to achieve KPIs and develop professionally, fostering a culture of excellence.
Requirements
- Fluent in English.
- Proven skills in leading a team of User Verification Agents.
- Good knowledge of performance management and coaching, and you love helping your team grow.
- Deep understanding of KYC, KYB, and EDD.
- Excellent communication skills and can inspire your team to achieve their best.
