What you will do

  • Execute PR initiatives to enhance brand visibility and reputation internationally and analyze PR performance metrics.
  • Lead Employer Branding projects from planning to execution in collaboration with Talent Acquisition and Marketing teams.
  • Oversee branding activities and coordinate company presence at international trade shows such as SEMA and Automechanika.
  • Support employee advocacy programs and ambassador initiatives.
  • Manage agency relationships and external communication partners.
  • Prepare leadership for media appearances and public speaking engagements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in PR and Employer Branding, with the ability to independently manage projects from start to execution.
  • Experience leveraging conferences, trade shows, and industry events to increase brand visibility and grow target audiences.
  • Analytical and strategic mindset, able to measure impact, interpret performance data, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Fluent in English and Lithuanian.
