What you will do
- Participate in production meetings to identify and address technical challenges in digital content creation.
- Support early-stage reviews and facilitate cross-team discussions for issue resolution.
- Collaborate on development and implementation of new materials, tools, and technical setups.
- Maintain clear documentation on workflows, tools, and pipelines.
- Manage and track quality assurance tickets coordinating with relevant teams.
- Communicate updates related to tools, infrastructure, and network configurations.
Requirements
- Must be based in Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh.
- Foundational experience or education in programming, technical art, or game development.
- Proficient in scripting or automation with Python and familiar with version control systems like Perforce.
- Strong communication skills in English and Vietnamese (all four skills).
- Knowledge of 3D character art workflows using Maya, 3DS Max, Blender, or similar tools.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
