Location: The role can be based in either Viby J or Frederiksberg. If primarily based in Frederiksberg, you should expect to work from our Viby J office 1–2 times per month. In addition, the role involves approximately 30–50 travel days per year.

What you will do

  • Lead the end-to-end TMS implementation, including vendor selection, contracting, process design, system implementation, integrations, and change adoption.
  • Ensure delivery on scope, timeline, cost, and quality in line with the approved business case and Athene PMO governance standards.
  • Establish and maintain strong project governance, including board reporting, risk and scope management, financial oversight, and quality assurance.
  • Drive business readiness and adoption in close collaboration with Business Transformation, IT, and key stakeholders, ensuring minimal disruption during and after go-live.
  • Lead and motivate a cross-functional project team, align dependencies, and maintain momentum throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Translate project outcomes into measurable improvements in supply chain performance and business KPIs, fostering a strong “WE-project” mindset and shared ownership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project/programme management within transport, logistics, or supply chain, including complex, multi-site implementations.
  • Strong project management foundation (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) with proven ownership of scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Excellent stakeholder, vendor, and change management skills, combined with an analytical and structured approach.
  • Strong communicator and influencer, fluent in English, able to engage both executives and operational teams.
