What you will do

  • Manage onboarding for new customers on the E Works platform.
  • Gather customer requirements and configure system settings, workflows, and user access.
  • Deliver remote and occasional onsite product training sessions.
  • Support customers through go-live and early adoption.
  • Maintain clear documentation and capture customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Experience within field service or job management software environments.
  • Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple onboarding projects.
  • A practical problem-solver with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable delivering customer training sessions and guiding users through new systems.

Nice to have

  • Experience implementing or onboarding SaaS platforms.
