What you will do

  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to prioritize features based on direct customer impact and business requirements.
  • Translate customer feedback into structured functional requirement documentation (FRDs) and contribute to intuitive UX design.
  • Align QA and support strategies with real-world customer environments to ensure robust system operability at scale.
  • Act as a technical focal point during critical escalations and complex high-visibility deployments.
  • Develop custom scripts and internal tools to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
  • Drive data-informed product improvements using telemetry, usage analytics, and customer usage data.

Requirements

  • Experience in software development, technical product management, or advanced technical support within complex infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of storage technologies including NFS, S3, SMB, and distributed file systems.
  • Proficiency in Linux, Python, and networking concepts like TCP/IP and routing.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex scale-out Linux environments and large-scale deployments.
  • Strong analytical mindset capable of translating telemetry and usage data into prioritized product decisions.
  • Experience with collaboration tools such as Jira, Git, and GitLab.

Nice to have

  • Experience with observability platforms like Prometheus and log aggregation systems.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, OpenTelemetry, and Bash scripting.
  • Familiarity with Slack and Salesforce integrations or AI-driven automation workflows.
